Steps for organizer:
1. Please think about your presentation format before the event and explain how it will work here. 
2. Below we have detailed both the 'stage presentation' format and the 'science fair' format. Delete one and ensure they're correct.

Stage Presentation

1. Every project will have 3 minutes to be presented.
2. This will be followed by 2 minutes of questions.
3. You will be able to use slides, but we encourage you to spend this time demoing your project.

Science Fair

1. Every team will be assigned a table number, head over to that table and be ready to explain what your project does.
2. Members of the organizing team will lead around teams of judges to your table - you should give each set the same explanation and answer their questions (you have two minutes with each team).
3. Make sure you swap out members of your team explaining so others have a change to roam the fair.
4. After the science fair is finished, the judges will deliberate and choose the top fifteen projects.
5. The top fifteen will then each have five minutes on stage to show their projects and answer questions for the judges.

• Projector interface is HDMI only
• We have HDMI -> Mini DisplayPort (Mac) and HMDI -> Lightning (iPhone 5+)
• We have the setup to accept sound via our HDMI port
